Visit Website: Go to the official CSBC website: https://csbc.bihar.gov.in.
Registration: Register using a valid mobile number and email ID.
Payment: Pay the application fee online.
Fill Application: Login with the Registration ID and Password to fill in personal and educational details.
Upload Documents: * Photograph: Recent color photo, white background, 15-25 KB (.jpg/.jpeg).
Signature: In both Hindi and English (Black/Blue ink), 15-25 KB.
Submit & Print: Review all details, submit the form, and print the acknowledgement for future reference.
