Eligibility Criteria (as of 31 Jan 2026)
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (Born on or after 01.02.1996).
Relaxation: 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.
Exclusion: Candidates who attended GD/PI for the Junior Officer role in previous notifications but were not selected are not eligible to apply.
Salary / Compensation
Total CTC: ₹7.56 Lakhs Per Annum
Breakup:
Fixed CTC: ₹4.20 LPA (including NPS)
Variable Pay: ₹2.88 LPA (Performance Based)
Health Insurance Premium: ₹0.48 Lakh (Coverage ₹5.25 Lakh)
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through:
Group Discussion (GD): This is an elimination stage.
Personal Interview (PI): Only candidates shortlisted from the GD will proceed to the interview.
Final Formalities: Appointment is subject to psychometric tests, medical fitness, and background/CIBIL checks.
