Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a degree from any University incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other recognized educational institutions.

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age (Unreserved/EWS): 35 years
Upper Age Relaxation:
BC-I / BC-II: 37 years
Female (UR/EBC-I/BC-II/EWS): 38 years
SC / ST (Male & Female): 40 years
PwBD: Additional 10 years relaxation in their respective category
Ex-Servicemen: 5 years relaxation
Physical Requirements (For DSP/Jail Superintendent/Probation Officer)

Selection Process
The examination consists of three successive stages:
Preliminary Examination: Objective type (General Studies I & II) for screening.
Main Examination: Written descriptive test consisting of 6 papers (950 marks).
Interview Test: 100 marks.
