Experience (Post-wise Summary)
Senior Manager – MSME Relationship
Minimum 8 years banking experience
At least 4 years in Credit Processing / Loan Sales
Preferred: MSME loan experience
Senior Manager – Credit Analyst
Minimum 6 years Credit Processing experience
OR Analyst experience in RBI-approved Rating Agencies
CA/CMA candidates: 5 years experience
Manager – Credit Analyst
Minimum 3 years Credit Processing experience
OR Analyst experience in RBI-approved Rating Agencies
CA/CMA candidates: 2 years experience
Age Limit
Senior Manager – MSME Relationship: 30 to 40 Years
Senior Manager – Credit Analyst: 29 to 37 Years
Manager – Credit Analyst: 25 to 34 Years
Pay Scale
MMG/S-II: Starting Basic Pay ₹64,820/-
MMG/S-III: Starting Basic Pay ₹85,920/-
(Plus allowances as per Bank rules)

Probation Period: 12 Months
Service Bond: 3 Years or ₹5 Lakh penalty
